Enterprise Toronto is a one-stop source to start and grow your small business.

Our team of small business advisors can help you make the right decisions during your business start-up and help develop your management capabilities as your business venture grows.

Eight-Week Business Program

Starting a business? Take part in an eight-week business program offered at Toronto Public Library in partnership with the City of Toronto and the Toronto Business Development Centre. Learn from professionals and get on your way to making your business dreams a reality! Enrolment is limited to 20 participants per location (total of 60). A valid Toronto Public Library card is required to participate.

Social Media for Small Business

 

Our friends at ACCESS Community Capital Fund are having a free workshop for small business owners on Monday, Oct. 6th at the Centre for Social Innovation located at 215 Spadina Ave, on the first floor.

Workshop begins with a short intro into social media and the various platforms available.Then discussion of some of the “dos” and “don’ts” when using social media. Answers to any questions you may have, such as:

“Why should I use social media to grow my business?”
“Which social media sites should I use? And which would be most effective for my business?”
“What kind of content should I post?”
“What are some tips and tricks to make social media easier and more effective for my business?”
